We'll secure your property by boarding up windows and walls, and placing tarps on damaged roofs as needed directly following the Fire Department as they release us to do so. Safety first, always!

Water Removal & Drying

If water damage is an issue which most likely is the case as the Fire Department experts fight your fire, we'll start the water removal process and set dehumidifiers and air movers to work their magic to begin to stabilize the area/areas to dry things out.

Removal of Smoke & Soot

Our specialized equipment and techniques remove smoke and soot from ceilings, walls, and every nook and cranny. Affected areas and materials that are not able to be properly cleaned and salvaged will be cleared from the area, debris will be removed and disposed of.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

Contents and personal belongings that may be cleaned will be inventoried and “packed out” to be cleaned and restored, and “packed back” once that process has been completed. Some personal belongings will not be able to be restored unfortunately, those will be inventoried as “damaged”, discussed with you as the client and disposed of.
